Wolfgang Lohmeyer

Wolfgang Robert Lohmeyer (born November 15, 1919 in Berlin ; † January 8, 2011 in Traunstein ) was a German writer , editor and actor . His great successes include the three novels Die Hexe , Der Hexenanwalt and Das Kölner Tribunal ( witch trilogy).

Life

Robert Lohmeyer's son acted as a child actor in several German films from the age of thirteen. He studied German, history and philosophy. He wrote the screenplay for the 1974 television play Cautio Criminalis or The Witch Attorney . Wolfgang Lohmeyer was married to Ursula Lohmeyer (née Zache). The children Till R. Lohmeyer and Cordula Lohmeyer emerged from the marriage.
