Wolfgang Rayer
Wolfgang Rayer (born May 12, 1949 in Gelsenkirchen ; † May 27, 1996 in Kiel ) was a German entrepreneur and politician of the SPD . He joined the SPD in 1968 and was a member of the German Bundestag from 1980 to 1983 . Rayer was directly elected in the constituency of North Friesland - Dithmarschen Nord .
