The small church is a Gothic building with a retracted choir with a 5/8 end, a brick roof turret, and a remarkable portal to the star-vaulted sacristy. The stucco ceiling in the nave, like the furnishings (main altar with sacrificial portals by Johann Pacher, left side altar, pulpit) is baroque.

Right next to the observatory building on Kanzelhöhe, the refractor tower tower 2 ( location ) was completed in 1943 . At the Gerlitzen summit, the construction of tower 3 ( location ), which was intended for a coronograph, began in 1943 ; the unfinished tower at the end of the war, half of which is in the area of ​​the municipality of Arriach , was converted into a radio station by the Royal Air Force.

The building was built in 1933 by the couple Josef and Flora Kumpf-Grecco as a sports hotel with 20 beds in twelve rooms and a modern and generous equipment for the time. From 1939 the German Air Force used the house as a rest home ("Fliegerheim"), from 1945 it was used by the British occupation troops ("Shamrock Villa"). In 1954 the Republic of Austria acquired the building, which has since been used for staff and visitors to the observatory and has been a listed building since 1981.

The reception building was built in 1869, according to other sources, in the last quarter of the 19th century. It is a single-storey half-timbered building with plastered sections, typical gable cladding and a gable roof. The pedestrian walkway ( location ) was built as a rivet construction and is the last of its kind on the Rudolfsbahn . It was supposed to be refurbished in 2015, but had to be closed at the beginning of December 2014 as there was imminent danger . The bridge was removed in December 2014. [outdated]

The Landskron granite boundary stone was erected in the second half of the 16th century. The monolithic stone column with a three-sided tabernacle marked the boundaries between three courts: the Landskron , Himmelberg and Ossiach keep . The name Urbani-Stöckl refers to the viticulture that used to be practiced here: Urbanus is the patron of the winemakers.

Meetings Castle (also called Grottenegg) was built in 1691 as a three-story, seven-axis building in the style of northern Italian palaces. The baroque stucco ceilings are remarkable.

The nave walls and tower foundation of the former Romanesque fortified church date from the 12th century, in the 13th century the nave was extended and the tower was raised to 5 floors. The Gothic choir and the chapel annex to the south of the nave with a remarkable mount of olives scene (marked 1497 ) date from the 15th century . The ceiling painting in the nave was created at the end of the 17th century when the vault was renewed due to earthquake damage. The furnishings include the high altar and side altars (all from the beginning of the 19th century) as well as remarkable oil paintings framed in the early Classicist style. On and in the church there are some Roman stones and some heraldic grave plates.

The evangelical tolerance prayer house in the outer wasteland was built between 1783 and 1786. It is a rectangular hall with simple pilasters, arched windows and a lateral arched portal. At the front there are two floors with living rooms.

Wooden galleries (around 1900) resting on supports run around three sides of the hall, on the front wall of which there is a simple pulpit altar . With the renovation in 1996, the late baroque architectural decor was restored. The current appearance of the Toleranzbethaus corresponds with the reconstructed colors of the end of the 18th century. again that of the time of construction.

The castle, built in the 12th century and rebuilt and expanded after being destroyed in the Hungarian Wars at the end of the 15th century, has been falling into disrepair since the end of the 17th century. From the extensive complex (> 5000 m²) there are still some remnants of walls up to 8 meters high.
