The church was built as a Gothic building (fortified church) in 1414; the portals in the south and west and the loopholes go back to this. After an earthquake at the end of the 17th century, it was redesigned in baroque style; hence the cross vault in the nave and the west gallery. The remarkable main altar and the side altars also date from around 1700.

The neo-Gothic church, which is the largest Protestant church building in Carinthia, was built between 1903 and 1907. The entire facility also dates from that time.

The two-storey late Baroque monastery building with a groin vaulted corridor and the church in the east wing of the complex were built from 1754. The roof turret of the church is marked 1794 . An altarpiece by Fromiller is part of the uniform late baroque interior of the church.

The small Gothic fortified church on a Romanesque core has a low choir and a mighty four-story tower. A Christophorus fresco on the south wall is marked 1439 . The coffered ceiling in the nave as well as the painted parapet of the gallery and the remarkable prayer chairs come from the 16th century. The furnishings include two baroque altars and a late Gothic winged altar.

At the Gerlitzen summit, the construction of tower 3 ( location ), which was intended for a coronograph, began in 1943 ; the tower, which was unfinished at the end of the war, was initially converted into a radio station by the Royal Air Force. One half of the tower is in the municipality of Treffen . In 1947, British troops erected Tower 4 ( Lage ) just under 200 m north of it, which was set up with a coronograph and has been used by the Carinthian Astronomical Association for star observation since 1972.

Description: Brief information about the monument.

The table is sorted alphabetically according to the location of the monument. The sorting criterion is the cadastral municipality and within this the address.
