Wolfgang Steidle

Wolfgang Emanuel Steidle (born March 17, 1903 in Munich , † March 29, 1977 in Hamburg ) was a German electrical engineer.

Career

Steidle was born as the son of the engineer and honorary professor Hans Carl Steidle and Maria Helene Steidle, née Schindler. After graduating from high school, he studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and graduated as a graduate engineer. After working as an assistant to his father at the Technical University in Munich, he held a managerial position at Siemens & Halske AG in Berlin and Munich and since 1954 has been managing director of the German operating company for wireless telegraphy (DEBEG) in Hamburg.

Steidle was married to Herta Steidle and had two children, Dominikus and Marion.
