Wolfgang Uebel

Wolfgang A. Uebel (born November 21, 1932 in Wohlhausen ) is a 10th generation master violin maker.

He is also a master guitar builder and builder of various other plucked and string instruments, as well as a restorer of historical instruments. The Vogtland violin making family Uebel can be traced back to the violin maker Johann Christian Uebel (1710 to 1782 in Markneukirchen / Klingenthal ). Wolfgang Uebel has lived in Celle since 1964 .
