Wolfgang Wehrmann

Wolfgang Wehrmann (born October 15, 1935 in Vienna ) is an Austrian communications engineer .

Life

After graduating from the Wasagymnasium in 1953 , he studied communications engineering at the Vienna University of Technology , where he obtained the title Dipl.-Ing. 1961, with a thesis on stochastic correlation analysis of a class of certain by stationary Markoff'sche chain processes Dr. techn. Acquired in 1965. After working in industry, he has been teaching industrial electrical engineering at the Vienna University of Technology since 1974, where he was appointed honorary professor in 1986 . Because of his services, the Federal President awarded him the title of Councilor. He has been teaching scientific thinking at the Heiligenkreuz University of Applied Sciences since 1992 .

Wehrmann is an opponent of Charles Darwin's theory of evolution , whose theses he regards as refuted, and tries to unite natural science and Christian doctrine with a concept of evolution with creation .
