Wolha Kardapolzawa ( Belarusian Вольга Кардапольцава , Russian Ольга Кардопольцева , Olga Kardopolzewa , English transcription Olga Kardopoltseva ; born September 11, 1966 in Alma-Ata ) is a former Belarusian walker .

She won at the European Athletics Championships in Split in 1990 - starting for the Soviet Union - the silver medal in 10 km walking behind Annarita Sidoti . At the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Seville in 1991 , she was fourth over 3000 m.

At the World Athletics Championships in 1995 in Gothenburg Kardapolzawa reached 14th place in the 10 km walk. Over the same distance, she was sixth at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. The greatest success of her career she finally achieved by winning the silver medal at the World Athletics Championships in Athens in 1997 , as in 1990 in Split again behind Annarita Sidoti. At the European Athletics Championships in 1998 in Budapest Kardapolzawa finished eighth.

Wolha Kardapolzawa is 1.70 m tall and had a competition weight of 56 kg.
