Wolha Zander
Wolha Zander ( Belarusian Вольга Цандэр , Russian Ольга Михайловна Цандер , English transcription Volha Tsander ; born May 18, 1976 in Hrodna ) is a Belarusian hammer thrower .
At the 2001 World Athletics Championships in Edmonton, she was tenth, and at the 2002 European Athletics Championships she was eliminated from the qualification.
In 2004 she was sixth at the Olympic Games in Athens and second at the World Athletics Finals . On July 21, 2005 she achieved her personal record in Minsk with 76.66 m, but failed shortly afterwards at the World Cup in Helsinki in the qualification. Even at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 2006 , she did not get beyond the preliminary round.
