Volodymyr Kyssil

Volodymyr Kyssil ( Ukrainian Владимир Кисиль ; born April 17, 1980 in Zaporizhia ) is a Ukrainian handball player .

The 2.00 meter tall and 103 kilogram heavy cyclist played for STR Zaporizhia from 1998 to 2006 , with whom he was Ukrainian champion in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2005 and cup winner in 2001. From 2006 to 2008 he played for the Icelandic club UMF Stjarnan , with which he won the Icelandic Cup in 2007. In the 2008/09 season he was active for the Macedonian club RK Vardar Skopje and was Macedonian champion. He then returned to Zaporizhia, where he celebrated further championships in 2010 and 2012 and another cup victory in 2011. In 2013 he left STR.

Volodymyr Kyssil has scored 26 goals in 21 international matches for the Ukrainian national team . (As of December 2009) He was part of the extended squad at the 2010 European Championship .
