Wong Meng Kong
Wong Meng Kong (born September 18, 1963 in Singapore ) is a Singaporean chess player .
He won the Singapore championship four times: 1986, 1989, 1990 and 1991. He played for Singapore at eleven Chess Olympiads : 1982 to 1992 , 1996 and 2000 to 2006 . He also took part in the Asian Team Championships five times (1987-1991, 1995-1999).
In 1980 he became International Master , since 1999 he has held the title of Grand Master . His highest rating to date was 2507 in July 2000.
