The Woodman Highlands are a mountain region up to 1425 m high on the Nordenskjöld coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located between the Sjögren Glacier , the Longing Peninsula , the Larsen Inlet and the Eliason Glacier on the Prinz Gustav Canal . They include Mount Tucker , Mount Brading, and Downham Peak .
Aerial photographs were taken between 1954 and 1955 during the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) named it in 2009. It is named after Paul J. Woodman (* 1951), Secretary and permanent member of the UK-APC from 1979 to 2009 and President of the body from 1999 to 2009.
