The house Word 23 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located in the southern part of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the corner of Word and Carl-Ritter-Strasse . Word 24 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north . The house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The two-storey baroque half-timbered house was built around 1760. The partitions of the facade are provided with various decorative walls. There is also a profile board.
In 1985 the building was renovated.
