World of tungsten was a ten-part German Comedy - web series of public youth radio station radio from the year 2016 . The series describes the adventures of the young gamer Wolfram, who lives in a shared flat with an orc and an elf . World of Wolfram was broadcast on funk's website and via a YouTube channel.

Because the phlegmatic student Wolfram saved the life of an elf and gave the life of an orc in the MMORPG game World of Warfare , both accompany him from the kingdom of Zateron into the real world - to one day compensate for his guilt and save his life. Since the two online characters only exist within the range of his WLAN , Wolfram is forced to give them rooms in his shared apartment. In the future he will have to deal with the quirks of a choleric orc and an assaulting elf.
Reena falls in love with her savior. When Wolfram's ex-girlfriend notices this, she does everything possible to win Wolfram back - and to destroy the rival elf. A jealous fight begins between the women, which in the end even becomes physical. Meanwhile, the homesick Ogrosch begins to play World of Warfare - exactly the game he himself came from. He quickly becomes addicted to games and the lines between online and offline are blurring.
