Wu Wenkai
Wu Wenkai ( Chinese 吳文凱 , born November 28, 1970 ) is a former Chinese badminton player .
Career
Wu Wenkai took part in the 1992 Olympic Games in men's singles. After a bye and a victory, he failed in the round of 16 against Kim Hak-kyun from South Korea and finished ninth. In 1992 he also won the Hong Kong Open after losing the final there the year before. At the China Open 1992 he also came in second. He had also won silver at the Badminton Junior World Championships in 1988 . In the World Cup of adults in 1991 he made it to the quarter-finals, the World Badminton Grand Prix 1991 to the final. There he was defeated by compatriot Zhao Jianhua in three sentences. In 1990 he won the Badminton World Cup .
