Wulfhard of Flavigny (* 855 , † September 6 880 / 893 ) was abbot of Flavigny and Frankish Lord Chancellor .

He was the son of Count Palatine Adalhard from the Matfriede family and thus the brother-in-law of King Ludwig the Stammler and uncle of King Charles the Simple .
