Wutschdorf is a village in the Upper Palatinate . The place is part of the municipality of Freudenberg in the Upper Palatinate district of Amberg-Sulzbach .

history

Wutschdorf merged with Freudenberg on January 1, 1970 to form the new Freudenberg community.

St. Martin Church in Wutschdorf

The St. Martin Church in the center of the village is a baroque hall building from the 17th century (1652). The fresco Christ the King with the evangelist symbols, apostles and saints, King David u. a. Representatives of the old covenant with Johann Baptist, Josef and Maria are from the Munich painter Josef Wittmann painter of the neo-baroque and painted in 1956. The way of the cross is also painted by Josef Wittmann, but from 1957. The basement of the tower and the baptismal font of the baptistery are Romanesque Origin. The pilgrimage church of St. Johann on the Johannisberg also belongs to the Catholic parish of Wutschdorf .
