Wyers Ice Shelf

The Wyers Ice Shelf is a small Antarctic ice shelf on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It lies on the east side of the landside end of the Sakellari Peninsula .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 and 1957b were used for mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named the ice shelf after Robert W. L. Wyers, a glaciologist at Mawson Station in 1961.
