Deutsch, Stolz, Treue ( DST ) is a neo-Nazi German rock band. With her texts, she partially glorified National Socialism and denied the Holocaust . All publications are indexed and some are also criminally relevant. The band XxX is considered the successor to Deutsch, Stolz, Treue.

Band history

The band was founded in 1994 in Berlin as Deutsch, Stolz, Treue (DST) . After the release of the album Ave et victoria in 2002, the Berlin public prosecutor's office started investigations into sedition and the use of symbols of unconstitutional organizations. Thereupon the band no longer performed under their name.

In 2004 the band reappeared under the new name XxX . The album, released in 2005, was pressed in an edition of 5000 pieces in a pressing plant in North Rhine-Westphalia. Several thousand CDs and fan articles were confiscated during house searches. In 2007 the supposed successor band XxX released the split CD Gift for the ears with the also national rock band Burn Down . Because of a song on the album with allegedly criminally relevant content, there were again searches of the apartment. a. with a policeman. The album was later re-released without the song. In 2009 the band XxX released a new album called Virus . On the indexed CD is Das Lied vom Klaus, a piece that supposedly depicts the Holocaust as the fantasy of a "Holo-Klaus". Another title supposedly glorifies the swastika . A preliminary investigation was initiated based on the lyrics of the album. CDs were also seized from one member of the band.

On March 17, 2009, the State Security Chamber of the Berlin Regional Court sentenced two members of the band for incitement to hatred and the use of symbols of unconstitutional organizations to suspended sentences of 14 and 10 months respectively. For the album Poison for the Ears and Poison for the Ears 2 , the defendants have meanwhile been acquitted by the Berlin Regional Court. No criminal content was found. On November 30, 2011, police officers searched the apartments of singer Peter Brammann and his partner in Berlin-Kreuzberg , a property and a garage in the Oberhavel district . In total, several thousand right-wing rock CDs, several computers and an air rifle were found in the searches, which also affected one other person .
