Xaver Hirschauer

Xaver Hirschauer (born July 22, 1888 in Thaining ; † March 29, 1969 in Landsberg am Lech ) was a German politician ( Bavarian Farmers Association ) and a member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

After elementary school, Hirschauer completed an apprenticeship in blacksmithing. From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War. In 1919 he became mayor of his hometown Thaining and member of the district council of Landsberg am Lech. In June 1924 he moved into the Bavarian State Parliament as a substitute candidate for the Völkisch Block . In January 1925 he joined the Bavarian Farmers' Union and belonged to the state parliament without interruption until May 1933.
