Xaver Rathgeb

Xaver Rathgeb (born February 5, 1822 in Weiler (Rainau) , † July 13, 1907 in Dalkingen ) was a Württemberg mayor and member of the state parliament.

life and work

Rathgeb attended elementary school and was then an economist and farrier in Weiler in the Oberamt Ellwangen . In 1853 he became mayor, counselor , acciser and economist in Dalkingen in the Oberamt Ellwangen.

In 1892 he was elected to the Württemberg state parliament, to which he was a member until 1900. For reasons of age, he no longer ran. Rathgeb was a member of the center .
