Xincai

The circle Xincai ( 新蔡县 , Xincai Xiàn ) is a circle in the Chinese province of Henan . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture city of Zhumadian . Xincai has an area of ​​1,442 km² and has a population of 1.01 million (2002). Its main town is the large community of Gulü (古 吕 镇).
