The Xtreme Air XA41 is a single-seat high-performance aerobatic aircraft from the Xtreme Air company from Cochstedt in Saxony-Anhalt. The prototype was called Xtreme 3000 .
history
The aircraft was developed from 2004 by Philipp Steinbach and Albert Mylius in Speyer on behalf of Klaus Schrodt . The first flight of the prototype took place on May 19, 2006 in Oehna-Zellendorf with Philipp Steinbach at the controls, who became German aerobatic master in 2006 in Tannheim and 2007 in Cochstedt. To date, more than 40 XA41 / 42 series aircraft have been manufactured, which have already garnered success in prestigious competitions around the world. The company has been located in Cochstedt near Magdeburg since 2007.
