Yūji Ishikawa ( Japanese 石川 裕 司 Ishikawa Yūji ; born July 2, 1979 in Shimane Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ishikawa learned to play football in the youth team of Sanfrecce Hiroshima . He signed his first contract with Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 1998. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2001 he moved to third division club Otsuka Pharmaceutical (today: Tokushima Vortis). In 2001 he was with the club master of the Japan Football League and rose to the J2 League . At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
