Yūji Yabu ( Japanese 養父 雄 仁 Yabu Yūji ; born May 24, 1984 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yabu learned to play soccer on the college team at Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract with Kawasaki Frontale in 2007 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2008 and 2009 he was runner-up in the J1 League with the club. For the club he completed 17 top division games. In 2010 he moved to the second division Ventforet Kofu . In 2010 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 League and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed 41 league games. In 2012 he moved to the second division Roasso Kumamoto . For the club, he completed 149 league games. In 2016 he moved to league competitor V-Varen Nagasaki . For the club he completed 27 league games. In 2018 he moved to third division team Fujieda MYFC . For the club he completed 25 league games. At the end of 2019, he ended his career as a football player.
