Yachya Yachluf

Yachya Yachluf ( Arabic يحيى يخلف, DMG Yaḥyā Yaḫlif ; * 1944 in Samach on the Sea of ​​Galilee , League of Nations Mandate for Palestine ) is a Palestinian writer.

Life

He and his family had to flee to Jordan in 1948 . Yachluf studied in Irbid and Ramallah . The first publications of literary works were in the newspaper Filastin and the magazine al-Ufuq al-Jadid ( The New Horizon ) in Jerusalem . In 1966 he joined Fatah . Yachluf became president of the Association of Palestinian Writers and Journalists .
