Yamada Kanematsu ( Japanese 山田 兼 松 ; born September 16, 1903 in Sakaide , † August 27, 1977 ) was a Japanese marathon runner .
In 1924 he was third in the Japanese Championships in 2:47:39 h. In 1928 he was Japanese champion in 2:43:22 h and qualified for the Olympic Games in Amsterdam , where he finished fourth with his personal best of 2:35:29 h.
