Yepton’s , also called Yepton in maps, is a small town in Saint John's Parish on the Caribbean island of Antigua , in the state of Antigua and Barbuda .

Location and landscape

Yepton's is a location near Five Islands , west of St. John's . It is located on the north shore of the Five Islands Peninsula , the larger of the two westernmost capes of Antigua, and looks out over Dickenson Bay and Deepwater Harbor and Fort Saint James in between . To the west is the Five Islands lagoon, simply called The Lagoon , to the east is another lagoon.

The place has a good 100 inhabitants.

History and infrastructure

The area is part of the island's tourist center, but Yepton's is relatively remote. The place as such did not emerge until the 1980s, when the construction of holiday homes and resorts began here. The most important operations are the Yepton Estate Cottages , the Coconut Beach Club and the Pillar Rock Estate residential area . The Grand Royal Antiguan Hotel is located southwest on the lagoon in Five Island .

The place has three bays, two are freely accessible bathing beaches: Hog John Bay (Yepton Beach, St. Johns Harbor West Beach) , Pillar Rock Bay (Trafalgar Beach) , and Rocky Bay , where the lagoon begins.
