The Ying'e He ( Chinese  英 額 河  /  英 额 河 , Pinyin Yīng'é Hé ) is a river in the Liaoning Province , People's Republic of China, and merges with the Hong River to form the Hun River (on the map the confluence where the Hun River begins).

It rises about 500 meters west of Changshan Baocun and flows to the southwest, the greater community crosses Qingyuan Autonomous County Qingyuan of Manju and meets shortly after the Hong River. After the confluence, the water is called the Hun River.
