Yoanna House

Yoanna House (born April 9, 1980 in Jacksonville , Florida ) is an American model and a winner of the casting show America’s Next Top Model .

Life

She was born the daughter of an immigrant from Mexico . She developed the closest relationships in her family with her grandmother.

House attended the University of North Florida and specialized in international relations and Asian studies after graduating from Bishop Kenny High School in 1998. She speaks fluent Japanese and Spanish (which she started at an early age). She developed a keen interest in modeling around this time. This eventually led to her losing 50 pounds after changing her diet and using a plan.

After she had prevailed in the second season of America's Next Top Model in 2004, Yoanna House got a contract with IMG Models .
