Tadanori Yokoo
Tadanori Yokoo ( Japanese 横 尾 忠 則 , Yokoo Tadanori ; born June 27, 1936 in Hyōgo Prefecture ) is a Japanese graphic designer and painter.
Work (selection)
Various record covers are known to a wide audience. Yokoo designed example of Santana albums Lotus (1974) and Amigos (1976), by Carlos Santana The Swing Of Delight (1980, only an internal image) and Divine Light (2001) as well as Miles Davis Agharta (1975). In particular, the lavishly furnished triple album Lotus with its two folding posters was probably one of the most elaborate presentations in rock music.
