Youm Jung-hwan (born December 1, 1985 - February 18, 2014 ) was a South Korean cyclist .

Youm was in Punjab in 2005 continental champion in the individual time trial at the Asian Cup. The next year he started at the Asian Games in Doha with the national team in the team time trial, where they finished fourth and thus narrowly missed a medal. In 2007, Youm Jung-hwan became the South Korean individual time trial champion. He was able to repeat this success in 2008 and 2012. At the B World Championship in Cape Town in 2007 , he finished eighth in the time trial.

On February 18, 2014, Youm died of a heart attack while exercising .
