Young Corbett II
Young Corbett II (* 4. October 1880 in Denver , Colorado , USA ; † 10. April 1927 ) was American boxer in the featherweight .
professional
He won his first four fights all by classic knockout. His fifth fight ended in a "no contest". On November 28, 1901 he competed against his compatriot Terry McGovern for the universal world title and won by knockout in round 2. However, he lost this belt the following year.
In 2010, Corbett II was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame .
