The Youngs River is a 32 km long river in northwest Oregon . It rises in the mountains of Clatsop County , north of the Saddle Mountain State Natural Area and flows northwest until it joins Youngs Bay . The main tributaries are the Klaskanine River and the Wallooskee River .
