The Wallooskee River is a ten kilometer long tributary of the Youngs River in the northwest of the US state Oregon .
It rises in Clatsop County and empties into the Youngs River, shortly before it in the Youngs Bay of Columbia River - estuary flows. The only tributary of the Wallooskee River is the Little Wallooskee River .
