Yuki Kikuchi (born July 24, 1990 ) is a Japanese short tracker .

Career

Kikuchi started the World Cup in Salt Lake City for the first time in November 2014 and finished 19th over 1500 m and 16th over 1000 m. At the Winter Universiade 2015 in Granada , she was fourth with the relay. In the 2017/18 season she finished sixth with the relay at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and fifth with the relay at the 2018 World Championships in Montreal . At the beginning of the 2018/19 season in Calgary she achieved her first top ten placement in the individual World Cup with sixth place over 1500 m. This was followed by two more results in the top ten and at the end of the season 24th place in the World Cup over 1000 m and 14th place in the World Cup over 1500 m. In addition, she achieved her first podium finish in the World Cup with third place in the relay in Salt Lake City.

Kikuchi is the sister of Moemi , Sumire and Ayaka , all of whom are active in speed skating or short track .
