Yung Berg (born September 9, 1985 in Chicago , Illinois; real name Christian Ward ) is an American rapper.
Career
At the age of 15 he signed his first record deal, which was terminated at the instigation of his parents. After he was sent to a military boarding school, he then pursued his music career intensively. From 2005 he worked as a hypeman for the rapper Shawnna and wrote and produced for other hip-hop greats such as Eve and Juelz Santana .
In 2007 he had his big breakthrough with the title Sexy Lady . He went straight to number 18 on the official US charts and the associated 5-track EP Almost Famous made it to number 32 in the album charts. In early 2008, he was featured in Ray J's hit Sexy Can I , which it up to brought the top 3 of the Hot 100 . Yung Berg's first album was released in August 2008.
