Yurdagül braid
Yurdagül Zopf (* 1974 in Nuremberg ) is a German doctor specializing in gastroenterology and has been a professor for clinical and experimental nutritional medicine at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen since 2013 .
Life
Zopf was born in Nuremberg in 1974 and studied human medicine in Erlangen after graduating from high school . In 2003 she began her clinical training and scientific work, in which she specialized in food allergies . On the initiative of Zopf, the couple Hans-Werner and Josephine Hector donated a total of 4.52 million euros to the establishment of the Hector Center for Nutrition, Exercise and Sport at the University Hospital Erlangen , which Zopf now manages and has 24 employees.
