The legend of the dwarf von Freudeneck

The knight Kunemund von Giech with his helpers, knight Gottfried von Helfenroth and knight Kunz von Freudeneck , terrified the country with their violent robberies and looting . Zabro was Gottfried and Kunz's common servant . His services also included scouting objects for the raids, which were then carried out by the three robber knights . In the legend, the cunning and deceitful Zabro succeeded through clever misinformation and intrigues to get the robber barons to murder one another. After Kunemund was also killed in the end, calm returned to the area. The stolen treasures were hidden in secret cellars that have not yet been found and are guarded by the spirit of Zabro.
