Zambia Democratic Congress ( ZADECO , German  Zambian Democratic Congress ), also known as the Zambia Development Conference , is a political party in Zambia .

ZADECO's chairman was Dean Mung'omba , who as a presidential candidate in the 1996 election in Zambia against Frederick Chiluba achieved the second best result with 12 percent. His party won two seats in the National Assembly of Zambia in this election .

In 1999 ZADECO became part of the Zambia Alliance for Progress , of which Mung'omba became chairman. Before the 1996 election in Zambia , the party joined the National Democratic Focus .
