The Zaneveld Glacier is a large glacier in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . It flows from the polar plateau between the Roberts Massif and the Cumulus Hills in the Transantarctic Mountains in a north-westerly direction to the upper section of the Shackleton Glacier .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after the American biologist Jacques Simon Zaneveld (1909-2001) from the University of Virginia , who was part of the United States Antarctic Research Program in two campaigns between 1963 and 1964 and between 1964 and 1965 worked at McMurdo Station and participated in the exploration of the icebreaker USS Glacier between January and March 1965.
