Zbigniew Ryszard Kozak (born April 3, 1961 in Gdynia ) is a Polish politician , local politician and since 2005 a member of the Sejm in the V. and VI . Electoral term.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Automation at the Technical University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk . After 1993 he worked in IT companies.

In 1993 he joined the Unia Polityki Realnej party (Union of Realpolitik - UPR). Among other things, he was chairman of the Pomorze district and a member of the main council of this party. In 2004 he joined the party Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice - PiS), he is chairman of this party in Gdynia.

In the 2005 parliamentary elections , he was elected to the Sejm for the constituency of Gdynia- Słupsk on the list of PiS. A year later he ran for the office of mayor of Gdynia, but only got 7.49% of the vote.

In the 2007 Sejm elections , he was confirmed as a member of the PiS with 9,608 votes. He is a member of the Sejm commissions for economy and infrastructure.
