Zbigniew Kruszyński (born October 14, 1960 in Tczew ) is a former Polish football player .

Club career

In his youth Kruszyński played for Unia Tczew and Lechia Gdańsk in Poland . After moving to Germany in the late 1970s , he first played for the second team of Hamburger SV . In 1982 he moved to city rivals SC Concordia Hamburg . In 1983 he was signed by the then second division club 1. FC Saarbrücken . In his second season he made promotion to the Bundesliga with the Saarlanders . However, 1. FC Saarbrücken rose again immediately. In 1987 Zbigniew Kruszyński moved to FC 08 Homburg and played here for another year in the Bundesliga. In 1988 he left Germany and moved to England where he remained until 1997 when FC Wimbledon , Brentford FC , Coventry City , Peterborough United , St Albans City , FC Hayes and FC Kingstonian played. In total, he made 64 games / two goals in the 1st Bundesliga and 96 games / nine goals in the 2nd Bundesliga .
