The Zeitschrift für Finanzmarktrecht (ZFR) is a legal trade journal and has been published in Austria ( Vienna ) since January 2006 by LexisNexis ARD ORAC GmbH & Co KG .

ZFR was published six times a year until 2013 and has appeared eight times a year since 2014.

In the ZFR, short specialist articles with practical tips on current supervisory, company and consumer protection law topics, an overview of the current status of important legislative projects in Austria and the EU and, to a lesser extent, other EU member states as well as practical judicature overviews on special topics, in addition to the latest decisions and Information in the area of financial market law presented briefly and succinctly.
Another focus is placed on a critical position on financial market law issues in the editorial as a fixed point in every issue.
target group
The publisher names the ZFR as the target group: banks and insurance companies, financial service providers, lawyers, tax consultants and auditors, consumer protection institutions, pension funds, relevant authorities and universities.
Editing and proofreading
The editing of the ZFR is done by Anna Bachleitner and others (specialist editor for financial market law of the LexisNexis publishing house).
