The journal for notarial advisory and notarial practice (NotBZ) is published by Dr. Otto Schmidt KG legal journal . It provides information about the central advisory and organizational issues relating to notarial work; the magazine contains a notarial-related database and sees itself as a benefit-oriented information system . The NotBZ has been published since 1997; it is run by the Land Notarkasse in conjunction with the notaries' chambers of Brandenburg , Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania , Saxony , Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringiapublished. The edition is 1,200 copies.

The main topics of the NotBZ are, among other things, land register and property law , notarization law , inheritance law , company law , questions of home ownership and the professional law of the notary . The NotBZ contains an essay that is geared towards the needs of notarial practice. Decision aids, samples and formulation examples are in the foreground of this part. The law on costs is presented in a separate section because of its particular importance . The jurisprudence section of the NotBZ offers selected court decisions on the entire range of topics of the magazine ; If necessary, comments reveal the background and scope of these judgments .
