Zeng Peiyan
Zeng Peiyan ( Chinese 曾培炎 ; * December 1938 in Shaoxing , Zhejiang ) is a politician in the People's Republic of China . He was a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China from 2002 to 2007, and a member of the State Council and Vice Prime Minister from 2003 to 2008 .
Zeng Peiyan is an engineer by profession and graduated from Tsinghua University in Beijing .
