Aldhibah is the proper name of the star ζ Draconis (Zeta Draconis). Aldhibah has an apparent magnitude of 3.17 mag and belongs to the spectral class B6 III. Aldhibah is around 300 light years from Earth. Other name: "Nodus I".
In 1981 GA Starikova and AA Tokovinin discovered a companion at a positional angle of 32.4 ° and with an angular distance of 0.406. Little is known about the companion.
