Zhang Liang ( Chinese  张 亮 , Pinyin Zhāng Liàng ; born March 1, 1983 in Ningxia ) is a Chinese track and road cyclist .

In 2008, Zhang Liang won a stage of the Tour of the South Sea . In the same year he started at the Olympic Games in Beijing in the road race, which he did not finish. In 2014/15 he rode the Ningxia Sports Lottery Cycling Team for a short time .
