Zhong Xiaoqian ( Chinese  钟 晓倩 ; born October 24, 1997 ) is a Chinese middle-distance runner .

Athletic career

Zhong Xiaoqian gained her first international experience at the U20 World Championships 2016 in Bydgoszcz , where she was eliminated in the obstacle course with 10: 37.51 minutes in the first round. The following year she finished sixth at the Asian Games in Jakarta in 4: 16.50 minutes. At the 2019 World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus , she finished 102nd in 45:01 minutes and was disqualified with the mixed relay. In April she reached ninth place at the Asian Championships in Doha in 4: 22.61 minutes.

In 2018, Zhong became the Chinese champion in the 1,500 meter run . She graduated from Tsinghua University .
