Zieglertal , also spelled Zieglerthal , is a district of the municipality of Cunewalde in Saxony .
geography
The small settlement is located at the northwestern foot of the 499.5 m high Bieleboh above the Cunewald valley.
history
"Zieglerthal" was created in 1781 on the corridors of the Niedercunewalde manor, when the landlord Friedrich Wilhelm von Ziegler and Klipphausen had a new settlement built south of Niedercunewalde.
Zieglertal was never independent, but always formed a part of the community. Until 1876 the settlement belonged to the municipality of Niedercunewalde, since then it has been part of Cunewalde.
